Kanda Nouveau 🍷】 Limited Argano Nouveau from Katsunuma Sake Brewery in Yamanashi Prefecture is now available 🍇 @ Gyuzen Kanda

Koshu Nouveau: This wine is brewed to preserve the fresh flavor of Koshu grapes harvested in the hills of Katsunuma. It has a crisp and gentle fruity taste, accented by a slight astringency characteristic of Koshu grapes.
It goes well not only with pasta, chicken and pork dishes, but also with Japanese dishes such as sashimi and nabe.

Berry A Nouveau: This wine is brewed with the fresh flavor of Berry A grapes harvested in the hills of Yamanashi. It is a light type of wine with a good balance of concentration and moderate acidity.
It goes perfectly with sukiyaki, yakitori with sauce, meatballs, grilled meat, spare ribs, and more.
